More Than 60,000 Refugees in Slovenia
Ljubljana, 8 June - In Slovenia there are more than 60,000 refugees. A total of 38,132 individuals applied for refugee status at the offices of the Red Cross. Among them there are 1,755 children under one year of age, 1,302 children between the age of one and two, and 6,176 children between the age of two and seven. Among the refugees there are 2,025 individuals above the age of 60. In the refugee centres of the civil defence 15,437 refugees are being accommodated.
