Data about temporary refugees in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 9 June - .- At this time, there are more than 60,000 temporary refugees in Slovenia. A total of 38,259 persons have so far asked for the status of refugee at the Red Cross offices. Among them, 1,768 are children less than one year old, 1,309 between one and two years old, and 6,192 between 2 and 7 years old. As many as 9,460 children are 7 to 16 years old, and 2,036 persons are over 60. This was announced by the Republic Administration for Protection and Rescue at the Ministry of Defence.
