Foreign Ministers of EFTA to Discuss Slovenia on Wednesday

The Foreign Ministers of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), which met at a two-day session in Geneva on Monday, is to discuss the proposition of Prime Minister of Slovenia Janez Drnovšek on Tuesday of the possibility of a higher status of Slovenia in relation to EFTA. Drnovšek proposed two possible statuses of Slovenia in his letter to the EFTA member countries of 9 December: association or full membership.
