The number of days spent by foreigners in the Transition Home of the Republic of Slovenia for Foreigners is getting longer from year to year, particularly due to problems with their return, and due to the principle of "no return" for Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo, where individuals could undergo torture or suffer inhuman treatment, representatives of the Transition Home for Foreigners wrote said on the third anniversary of this institution.
