40th Anniversary of International Summer Festival Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 11 June - Ljubljana International Summer Festival is celebrating its 40th anniversary of existence this year. It will begin on the third Saturday of July by the Slovenicum chamber ensemble with solos of soprano Marjana Lipovšek and trumpet player Stanko Arnold. The festival will have 27 events and will take place from July 18 to August 31 in Križanke and at other locations in Ljubljana and, this year for the first time, on Ljubljana castle.
