Vranitzky Demands Inspection of Krško Nuclear Power Plant

Lisbon, 16 June - The Austrian Chancellor Franz Vranitzky sent a letter to the Presidencies of the Slovenian and Croatian governments, Dr. Janez Drnovšek and Franjo Gregurić, demanding that an international committee which should study the safety of the nuclear power plant at Krško be given permission to look at the plant.
