Foreign Debt of Slovenia A Little over US$ Two Billion
Ljubljana, 19 December - SLOVENIA/DEBT/FOREIGN
The foreign debt of Slovenia amounted to US$ 2.07 billion at the end of October, of which the long-term foreign debt totalled US$ 1.98 billion, and the short-term foreign debt US$ 80 million. The difference in the amount of US$ 9 million is due to the used funds of the International Monetary Fund, according to the November issue of the Bank of Slovenia Bulletin.
