Dr. Rupel: Croatia Journalists Should Bring the Public's Attention to Difficulties

Ljubljana, 18 June - Slovenia wishes to have good neighborly relations with Croatia, stated the Slovenian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Dimitrij Rupel, at a meeting today with journalists from the Croatia media. At the same time he called upon them to bring the Croatian public's attention to the fact that the Croatian Assembly has still not ratified an agreement on economic cooperation between the two countries. He also asked them to focus attention on the problem of Slovenian property in Croatia and Slovenia's contribution to international recognition of its neighbor.
