Croatia's foreign minister states difficulties between Slovenia and Croatia are only of a technical nature

Zagreb, 19 June - Dr. Zdenko Škrabalo, the new foreign minister of the Republic of Croatia, made his first appearance at a press conference today, at which he discussed the priority aims of Croatia's foreign policy. Among these, he stressed ensuring the welfare of Croatians abroad and cooperation with Bosnia-Herzegovina. Dr. Škrabalo assessed the relations between Slovenia and Croatia as good, but added that there were certain problems of a purely technical nature.
