Slovenske Konjice, 20 June - The Slovenian Trade and Business Party (SOPS) at the party's second congress so far held today in Slovenske Konjice, elected Bogo Rogina from Maribor as party Chairman. Mr. Rogina is also the vice-president of the Chamber of Associated Labour of the Slovenian Assembly.
