Slovenian Writer and Publicist, Dr. Rado Bordon, Deceased
Ljubljana, 26 June - Friends and admirers said their last good-byes to the Slovenian man of letters Dr. Rado Bordon at the Ljubljana Cemetery today. Born in Trieste on 16 November, 1915, his first literary work came out in 1930. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana, participated actively in OF (the Liberation Front) during the Second World War, was arrested, and joined the partisans in 1944. After the war, he was editor of the cultural column in Ljudske Pravice (The People's Rights), editor of various publishing houses, director at Triglav Film and a university professor. He received a doctorate in law in 1966.
