PM Labels Berlin Declaration a Positive Document

Brussels, 9 March - The Berlin Declaration, expected to mark the 50th birthday of the EU, will not tackle the issues connected with the European constitutional treaty, Prime Minister Janez Jansa said in Brussels on Friday. It will merely be a positive assessment of what the bloc has already achieved and what the future brings, Jansa added.
