Rupel: Croatian Claims Slovenia Avoiding Arbitration "Baseless"

Ljubljana, 10 March - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has said in an op-ed that Croatian claims that Slovenia is avoiding arbitration on the border between the countries or that it is afraid of it are baseless and stereotypical.
