Ljubljana, 11 March - Below is a schedule of events for Monday, 12 March:

LJUBLJANA - Five leading Slovenian trade union associations are to hold a press conference at 11 AM to outline plans for a rally calling for accessible public services in Slovenia. (STA)

BREMEN, Germany - Health Minister Andrej Brucan is to take part in a two-day ministerial conference on the fight against HIV/AIDS. His itinerary also includes separate meetings with his Portuguese and Swedish counterparts, Antonio Correia de Campos and Maria Larsson.

VIENNA, Austria - Interior Minister Dragutin Mate is to be paying a visit to the Austrian capital, where he is to attend the opening of the 15th course of the Central European Police Academy. He is also due to hold separate meetings with his Slovakian and Austrian counterparts, Robert Kalinak and Guenter Platter.

BONN, Germany - Foreign Ministry State Secretary Andrej Ster is to be representing Slovenia at a meeting of EU ministers responsible for development aid.

LJUBLJANA - The social partners - government, trade unions and employers - are to meet at noon for the latest round of talks on the new Social Agreement.

LJUBLJANA - "An Inconvenient Truth", the environmental awareness book by former US Vice-President Al Gore, is to be presented by publisher Mladinska knjiga at an event scheduled for 11 AM. (STA/PHOTO)
