Dnevnik Says Last Winter Warmest On Record

Ljubljana, 12 March - While 1 March marked the start of the meteorological spring, Slovenia had experienced spring temperatures throughout February, which was warmer on average even than March. In fact, this winter was the warmest in Slovenia on record, daily Dnevnik says on Monday.
