Government to Establish Bank Holding, Minister Says

Ljubljana, 22 March - Finance Minister Andrej Bajuk has announced the establishing of a holding of Slovenian owners of Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB), Slovenia's largest bank. "The state owns just over 50% of NLB, and our mid-term plan is to sell the stake within the holding", Bajuk said in an interview for the latest issue of weekly Demokracija.
