PM: Berlin Declaration to Include EU Institutional Foundations
Ljubljana, 23 March - The Berlin Declaration, which is to be adopted at this weekend's EU summit in Berlin, will include a call for restoring the EU's institutional foundations, shaken after the French and Dutch rejected the European constitution in referendums in 2005, Prime Minister Janez Jansa told the press on Friday.
