Ljubljana, 25 March - Below is a schedule of events for Monday, 26 March:

LJUBLJANA - The National Assembly is to begin its regular March session at 2 PM with questions time, with PM Janez Jansa answering questions from the benches. (STA)

BRUSSELS, Belgium - Finance Minister Andrej Bajuk is to be taking part in a meeting of the eurogroup.

LISBON, Portugal - Interior Minister Dragutin Mate is to be taking part in a two-day meeting of interior ministers from new EU members, hosted by Portugal.

NEW YORK, US - President Janez Drnovsek is to take part at 11 PM Slovenian time in a preparatory meeting for the Global Impact Forum, which will be held in Jerusalem in September. The meeting is organised by the NGO Humanitad, which is promoting inter-religious and intercultural tolerance.

LJUBLJANA - Banka Slovenije Governor Mitja Gaspari is to hold a press conference at 11 AM to present a report on price stability. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - The social partners are to continue closed-doors negotiations on the Social Agreement at noon.

LJUBLJANA - The new Development Minister, Ziga Turk, is to hold at 10 AM an introductory press conference.

LJUBLJANA - The Ljubljana city council is to hold a session starting at 3:30 PM to debate the budget bill for 2007.

LJUBLJANA - Slovenian MEP Alojz Peterle is to hold a press conference at 10 AM to speak about the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome and about Slovenia-Croatian relations.

LJUBLJANA - Forum 21, a left-leaning group led by Former President Milan Kucan, is to hold at 5 PM a panel on Austrian-Slovenian relations in the 20th century.

LJUBLJANA - An exhibition of modern Slovakian art is to be opened at the Mestna galerija Ljubljana gallery at 8 PM.
