Jansa: Berlin Statement Ups Chances for Constitution Compromise

Berlin, 25 March - Prime Minister Janez Jansa believes that the upbeat mood prevailing at the ceremony to mark the 50th anniversary of the EU will make the search for a compromise on the EU constitution easier.
