Dr.Drnovšek: Inflation Growth Has to Be Stopped

Radenci, 29 June - The stabilisation of the Slovenian economy is conditioned by a prior stop to the growing inflation, said the Prime Minister, Dr.Jože Drnovšek at the beginning of a two day meeting of Slovenian economists and the government in Radenci. Although the increasing inflation rate stopped in the last three months at a monthly level of 5-6%, this does not mean that we had removed all causes of hyperinflation, concluded Dr.Drnovšek.
