PEN Panel: Dregs of Totalitarian Regimes Remain

Bled, 30 March - The 39th International PEN meeting of writers in Bled continued on Friday with a panel entitled "Post-totalitarian Resistance". Edvard Kovac, president of PEN's Writers for Peace Committee, which organised the panel, said that dregs of past totalitarian regimes remained, while the seeming tolerance was just an excuse for enduring violence.
