Bucar Says Govt Biggest Threat to Abuse of Secret Service
Ljubljana, 31 March - The first speaker of parliament after the democratic change of 1991 believes that the government inherently poses the biggest threat to the abuse of intelligence services. "This is why citizens need to be protected by law in particular from the government's influence on agencies such as SOVA," France Bucar told the weekly Mladina.
