Ljubljana, 31 March - Mitja Gaspari who is serving on Saturday his final day as the Governor of Banka Slovenije, Slovenia's central bank, told the Saturday supplement of daily Dnevnik that parliament could have refused him a second term in a fashion that would be politically and ethically much more appropriate.
