Spar Continues to Grow Despite Losing Market Share

Ljubljana, 3 April - Spar, Slovenia's No. 2 retailer, posted sales of EUR 553m for 2006, an increase of 12% over the year before, but its market share dropped by 0.3 percentage points year-on-year to 20.5% according to a survey of consumers by Gfk Gral Iteo.
