Ljubljana, 13 April - The Council of the opposition Liberal Democrats (LDS) suggested to the party's outgoing leader Jelko Kacin on Thursday that he reject the signing of the EU presidency cooperation agreement proposed by Prime Minister Janez Jansa, because the agreement included provisions without precedent in the EU.
