Ljubljana, 13 April - Prime Minister Janez Jansa's recent proposal for a "non-aggression pact" in the run-up to and during Slovenia's EU presidency has been received coolly by opposition parties. There was no outright rejection, but the factions have expressed concerns about the impact on democracy and the watchdog role the opposition is supposed to play.
