Ljubljana, 15 April - Below is a schedule of events for Monday, 16 April:

SANTIAGO DE CHILE, Chile - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is to begin a working visit to Chile by meeting Jaime Prerez Vidal, the head of the EU's Representation Office in Chile, the country's deputy Foreign Minister Albert van Klaveren Stork and Interior Minister Belisario Velasco.

LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - A meeting of EU agriculture ministers is to be attended by Slovenia's Iztok Jarc. The ministers are to focus on fisheries on the first day of the two-day event.

CELJE - Tus, Slovenia's third largest retailer, is to present to the press at noon its business results in 2006 and plans for 2007. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - The Public Administration Ministry and the Umanotera, a pro-sustainable development NGO, are to present at 10 AM the results of the "Holding a Mirror to the Government 2006" project.

LJUBLJANA - Forum 21, a left-leaning group led by Former President Milan Kucan, is to hold at 5 PM a panel on the present and future of the Slovenian health system.

VALLETTA, Malta - Anton Kokalj, the chair of the parliamentary EU Affairs Committee, is to pay an official visit to Malta upon invitation by his Maltese counterpart Jason Azzopardi.

LJUBLJANA - The Health Insurance Institute (ZZZS) will hold a news conference at 10 AM, as Samo Fakin, the recently appointed manager of the health purse, is to take over his duties. (STA/PHOTO)

LJUBLJANA - A ceremony at 1 PM will mark the awarding of a mark of European heritage to Ljubljana's central cemetery, Zale, designed by renowned architect Joze Plecnik.

LJUBLJANA - A news conference will mark the launch of the week of the Jewish community and a project on power of museums to connect at 11 AM. The week of the community will meanwhile be launched at the Ljubljana City Museum at 6 PM.
