Austrian Post Returns Letter with Slovenian Place Name
Klagenfurt, 20 April - A post official in the Austrian city of Klagenfurt crossed out the Slovenian name for the city, Celovec, at a postcard, added Klagenfurt and "the same as for the past 1,000 years" and returned it to sender in a repeat case of what a minority official termed discrimination.
