Milan Kučan: Presidential Dictatorship is Not Possible

Ljubljana, 3 July - In his conversation with journalists and editors at the first anniversary of the Slovenian Press Agency (STA), President Milan Kučan expressed his opinion on the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and possible options for the outcome. He also discussed past and present relations between Slovenia and Croatia and the current political situation in Slovenia.
