Ljubljana, 22 April - Below is a schedule of events for Monday, 16 April:
ATHENS, Greece - Prime Minister Janez Jansa is to begin a two-day official visit to Greece. The PM will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel and Economy Minister Andrej Vizjak as well as an extensive business delegation. As part of the first day of his visit, Jansa is to meet at his Greek counterpart Kostas Karamanlis (at noon) and opposition leader George Papandrou (3:45 PM). At 4:45 PM he will take part in the opening of Greek-Slovenian business conference and at 7:30 PM he will inaugurate the Slovenian Days. (STA)
LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - Foreign Ministry State Secretary Andrej Ster is to take part in a meeting of EU foreign ministers.
LJUBLJANA - The National Assembly is to begin at 2 PM its April session with questions time.
LJUBLJANA - The chief of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), General Reiner Schuwirt, is expected to arrive for a two-day visit.
ZAGREB, Croatia - Environment Ministry State Secretary Mitja Bricelj is to take part in a session of the International Commission for the Sava Basin.
BERLIN, Germany - Chair of the parliamentary Defence Committee Anton Anderlic is to take part in a meeting of chairs of parliamentary defence committees from the EU and candidate countries and the President of the European Parliament.
TRIESTE, Italy - The Parity Board overseeing the implementation of the law safeguarding the Slovenian minority in Italy is to hold its maiden session.
LJUBLJANA - Public Administration Minister Gregor Virant and Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Jankovic are to meet at 1 PM for talks on the capital's city budget. A press statement is scheduled for 2:15 PM.
LJUBLJANA - The social partners are set to continue talks on the social agreement at noon.
LJUBLJANA - An Egyptian-Slovenian agreement on cooperation in science and technology is to be signed at 11 AM by Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Jure Zupan and the non-resident Egyptian Ambassador to Slovenia Hisham El-Zimaity.

LJUBLJANA - The director of the Centre for European Integration in Bonn, Ludger Kuehnhardt, is to deliver a lecture on the EU's institutional future at 5 PM.
LJUBLJANA - War veterans' organisations are to host a ceremony at 11 AM ahead of Resistance Day, 27 April, which is a national holiday.
CELJE - The Police Trade Union is to speak about its wage demands at 9 AM.
