Parliament Overturns Veto on Changes to Code of Obligation

Ljubljana, 24 April - Deputies repassed on Tuesday the recently vetoed changes to the code of obligations. The 47-22 vote overturned the National Council's veto on 5 April, when the members of the upper chamber argued that new provisions on arrears undermined the fundamental principle of equality before the law.
