Paper Sees Past Seeming Breakthrough for Minority in Italy

Koper, 25 April - A regional daily on Wednesday sees past the seeming breakthrough for the Slovenian minority in Italy caused by Monday's maiden session of a body overseeing the implementation of Italy's law to protect the Slovenian minority. According to Primorske novice, the events surrounding the appointment of the Parity Board's president do not bode well for the minority.
