Paper Sees Past Seeming Breakthrough for Minority in Italy

Koper, 25 April - A regional daily on Wednesday sees past the seeming breakthrough for the Slovenian minority in Italy caused by Monday's maiden session of a body overseeing the implementation of Italy's law to protect the Slovenian minority.
