Rupel Says UK Ready to Assist Slovenia with EU Presidency
London, 26 April - EU-related topics and the Western Balkans topped the agenda as Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel met his British counterpart Margaret Beckett over a working dinner in London on Wednesday. Speaking to the STA after the meeting, Rupel said he got the "impression the UK would like to help us" to make Slovenia's spell at the helm of the EU in the first half of 2008 a success.
