Govt Adopts Bill on Transformation of Mutual Insurer
Ljubljana, 26 April - The government has adopted a bill that sets out the conditions for the transformation of mutual insurer Vzajemna into a joint stock company. The bill allows for a transparent transformation, Health Minister Andrej Brucan said on Thursday. However, Vzajemna's management said in response that the legislation in fact prevents it from reincorporating.
