Tomšič Prizes conferred; exceptional prizes for groups

Ljubljana, 7 July - The traditional Tomšič Prize for achievements in the field of journalism over the past year was presented today to several award winners during a ceremony held in a small assembly room of the Slovenian Assembly. This year, the award was also given exceptionally to several of the news broadcasting teams of RTV Slovenia for their coverage of the events in Slovenia in June last year.
