Ljubljana, 8 July - Večer: Before the Eyes of All the World - The Croatian forces carried out an offensive, and the Security Council wanted to punish the Croatian success immediately with a resolution (not even a month has passed since the offensive). This is the first time in the Balkan fighting in former Yugoslavia that the world organization threatened a country in its community, demanding that the country respect conditions brought about forcefully by a country outside the UN, writes Bojan Bauman in this morning's Večer.
