STRASBOURG, France - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is to attend a two-day session of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers.
LJUBLJANA - Defence Minister Karl Erjavec and Lieutenant General Albin Gutman, the Slovenian Armed Forces' chief-of-staff, are to present to President Janez Drnovsek the annual report on the preparedness of the Slovenian Armed Forces; at 11 AM.
POTSDAM, Germany - Interior Minister Dragutin Mate is due to attend a two-day ministerial conference discussing integration and intercultural dialogue.
LJUBLJANA - The cabinet is to hold its regular session with the agenda including amendments to the act on investment funds. A press conference is scheduled for 2 PM.
ZAGREB, Croatia - Prime Minister Janez Jansa is to attend a dinner as part of a two-day meeting of South-East European Cooperation Process. Slovenia is not a member of the SEECP, however, is a donor country.
LJUBLJANA - The parliamentary Petitions, Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Commission is to discuss the European Commission's report on equality of genders, among other things; at noon.
LJUBLJANA - The parliamentary Home Policy, Public Administration and Justice Committee is to debate amendments to the Constitutional Court act, among other things; at noon.
LJUBLJANA - Institute of Macroeconomic Analysis and Development (IMAD) is to present an analytical economic report at a press conference scheduled for 11 AM.
LJUBLJANA - Forum 21, a left-leaning group led by Former President Milan Kucan, is organising a discussion with former Turkish president Suleyman Demirel on inter-cultural dialogue; at 5 PM.
LJUBLJANA - A press conference ahead of the 23rd annual Druga godba festival of world music is scheduled for 11 AM.
HELSINKI, Finland - Alenka Gotar, the Slovenian entrant for this year's Eurovision Song Contest, is to appear at the semi-finals with her song "Cvet z juga" (Flower of the South).
