Ljubljana, 8 July - The President of the Slovenian Government, Dr.Janez Drnovšek, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr.Dimitrij Rupel, left for Helsinki this afternoon to take part in tommorow's summit meeting of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE).
