Ljubljana, 12 May - The government commission for overseeing the activities of the Slovenian Intelligence and Security Agency (SOVA) has presented its second interim report, accusing SOVA of not reporting about the existence of its secret fund to the government. Finance Minister Andrej Bajuk has unveiled the privatisation plan for the country's second largest bank and the heads of deputy groups managed to break the deadlock over the composition of parliamentary bodies.
