Badinter's Arbitrary Commission: SFRY Does Not Exist Anymore! The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia is not its only Legal Successor

Ljubljana, 8 July - The Secretariat of the European Community Conference on Yugoslavia forwarded to all the republics of former Yugoslavia expert opinions no. 8, 9 and 10 of the arbitrary commission. These are answers to three questions which Lord Carrington addressed to the arbitrary commission on May 18. The commission ascertained that the Federal Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia had ceased to exist.
