The outcome of the war for the legacy of "Tito's" Yugoslavia is approaching its final revelation. Croatian President Tuđman has been predicting this for some time, and the general course of events confirms his statements. The helm of "The Federal Republic Yugoslavia" has been taken over by Dobrica Ćosić, who will have to admit that Serbia has been at war for a year, while Serbian President Milošević was assuring his people of the contrary over the last year. Only the election of Dobrica Ćosić to the post of the "Yugoslav" President has provided an adequate opponent for Dr. Franjo Tuđman, writes Mladen Aleksandar Švarc in the morning edition of Slovenec.
