It is obvious that the Šentilj-Pesnica highway will not be constructed this year. Road diggers used to work most during summer, when their roadworks disturbed the tourist season. There is no digging this summer, not because of tourists but because of the lack of money in the Slovenian road fund, writes Uroš Mencinger in the morning edition of Večer.
