Official Upbeat about Odds for Agreement on New EU Constitution

Berlin, 15 May - A senior Slovenian official is upbeat about the prospects that the June EU summit will reach a political agreement to convene an inter-governmental conference on the basic content of the new EU constitution. The odds are better than half, Janez Lenarcic, state secretary for European affairs, told STA on Tuesday.
