Premier Drnovšek: It is time for definite decisions and their realization

The CSCE should help the European countries with easier transition to their shared future. "In the field of policy, economy and human rights we still observe persistent attempts to renew the past which we all wish to leave behind," said Slovenian Premier Dr. Janez Drnovšek in his address to the presidents of the countries members of the CSCE who attended the Conference in Helsinki.
