Ljubljana, 17 May - Foreign Ministry State Secretary Andrej Ster said on Thursday that the rights of children, especially of those affected by armed conflicts, had been a priority of Slovenia's foreign policy for several years as he met Radhika Coomaraswamy, a special representative of the UN Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict.
