Večer: Slovenia wants to jump the queue

Slovenian reporters from the Helsinki conference were proud that Dr. Janez Drnovšek was the first to speak, but the truth is that this means nothing special at a summit like this. The summit and its documents are nothing more than a result of the long and hard work of the high officials of the conference, while the statesmen merely sign the documents, writes Nikola Šoštarič in the morning edition of Večer.
