Ljubljana, 11 July - The resolution passed by the WEU and NATO to implement a naval blockade of Yugoslavia, and on the possible establishment of a corridor from Split to Sarajevo for humanitarian aid shipments, is a "decision without precedence" involving European and U.S. intervention in the clashes on European ground, states Darijan Košir in the Topic of the Day column of today's Delo.
