LJUBLJANA - The parliamentary Commission for Intelligence and Security Service Oversight is to meet at 1 PM to discuss a bill on parliamentary oversight of intelligence services proposed by the group of unaffiliated MPs.
LJUBLJANA - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is to make a statement at 10 AM, while the Foreign Ministry is to give a tour of its premises at 10:30 AM and 3 PM to celebrate Slovenian Diplomacy Day. (STA)

MAINZ, Germany - Agriculture Minister Iztok Jarc is taking part in an informal meeting of EU agriculture ministers, which comes to a close.
LJUBLJANA - Health Minister Andrej Brucan is to host his Hungarian counterpart Agnes Horvath for a working visit.
LJUBLJANA - The National Council is to stage a panel at 10 AM to discuss how to make the country safe for children. Ombudsman Zdenka Cebasek Travnik is expected to attend.
LJUBLJANA - An international conference sponsored by the International Centre for Promotion of Enterprises is to discuss loans for small and medium-sized companies. The event, featuring Finance Minister Andrej Bajuk and Development Minister Ziga Turk, opens at 9:45 AM.
