The Večer: A lesson learnt in Yugoslavia

The war on the territory of former Yugoslavia and the developments in some regions of the former Soviet Union have persuaded the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) to include a number of safety mechanisms in the documents passed by acclamation at yesterday's concluding session of the CSCE. These mechanisms are to prevent possible conflicts anywhere in Europe developing into all-out war, stressed Nikola Šoštarič in his article for today's Večer.
