Slovenian Mountains Claimed 23 Lives Last Year

Begunje na Gorenjskem, 21 May - A total of 290 accidents happened in Slovenian mountains in 2006 in which 304 people were injured and 23 died, Miro Pogacar, president of Slovenian Mountain Rescue Service, told the press on Monday.
